LOWCOUNTRY BOIL

Frogmore Stew was created in the Lowcountry on St Helena Island. It’s not a stew nor is it made with frogs. Fresh fish, shrimp or crab is a staple with potatoes and andouille sausage. Local shrimpers use whatever they had on hand. It’s also fantastic on steamed crabs and potato salad!

SPICY ITALIAN

We use this ALL the time! We love the added garlic and chili flakes! Add to your sauce, dipping oil, pizza and garlic bread! It has a wonderful Italian aroma that is sure to please people that love some extra spice.

ASIAN SPICE

Asian is one of our favorites! Add to your pot stickers, Pad Thai, steamed veggies and rice! It has a generous amount of ginger, garlic and chili peppers. Added to meatloaf, it is one of our new choices. Szechuan beef, Chinese noodle soup and pork! A simple blend that will add all the Asian flavors to any dish.

GREEK

A Mediterranean spice that has a hint of cinnamon. Warm tones with lots of herbs and a burst of flavor! When customers taste it, they want more! From a simple olive oil and bread dip to roasted chicken! It’s a favorite in lamb burgers and chops. It’s also great on roasted potatoes and tomatoes! You won’t be disappointed!

MESQUITE

A sweet and spicy blend that we love on ribs and chicken! It actually smells like BBQ potato chips! Just rub it all over the ribs and slow cook on the grill. No need for bbq sauce because it comes out juicy all the time. Delicious!

ADOBO

If you love cumin AND tacos, you’ll love Adobo! We add it to our chicken, beef and shrimp tacos! Sometimes we mix it with our Spicy Cajun for more kick! Great in chicken, beef or veggie chili! Adobo is great on all Mexican foods.

COCOA COFFEE

Since our 1st coffee rub, B’More Bold, was doing fantastic, we decided to create another coffee blend. We collaborated with The Grind in Bluffton, SC and we used their Nicaragua Jinotega, it’s a dark roast with Chocolate! Making a Cocoa rub was inevitable. It’s delicious on ribs, steak and pork.

B'MORE COFFEE

This is a bold and spicy rub for pork, chicken and beef! We always say to make sure you cook it outside because the cayenne will get to your throat! It’s delicious and a fan of many customers. The more you use the spicier, you control the heat. We collaborated with Gracefully Coffee in Baltimore, Maryland! Check them out!

ROSEMARY GARLIC

So simple yet incredibly good! Roasted potatoes, hash browns, chicken, pork.. endless ideas! I was sitting in a restaurant, Brewers Art in Baltimore, Maryland and they served Rosemary Garlic frites! I thought right then and there I needed to recreate this with a blend! We continue to get great reviews!

ITALIAN

When making a homemade tomato sauce, Italian blend is all you need to flavor it. Its perfect in olive oil dip with a side of bread! If your opening a jar of sauce, make it better with our Italian blend!

LEMON PEPPER

Another simple spice with a lot of lemon flavor. Great on fish, wings and pasta. We grind the lemon grind with black peppercorns so the citrus oil infuses into the pepper. We particularly love it on salmon!

SPICY CAJUN

If you are looking for a blackening seasoning, this is it! This spicy blend is great on Cajun food all the way to smoked chicken wings! You’ll be licking your fingers for sure! Great with fajitas, soups and stews. Need to give your tacos a kick, just add some Spicy Cajun.

STEAK

Steak is our go-to blend which can be very versatile! Of course it's the best steak blend but it's also great for all marinades! We use it on poultry and meats. Try some today!
